This weekend, look for a full review of the book "Skinny Bitch" and I'm going shopping today, so some clothing reviews! Have a great weekend everybody!!!
read it a year and a half ago...been vegan for a year and half. :) I didn't agree with everything they wrote, but it made me seriously research the animal slaughterhouses and food industry. I only eat organic, high-quality food now. If you're interested in those kind of books, "Naturally Thin" is a really interesting concept to the "anti-diet" its a great book!! hope you'll check out my blog, yours is very cute.and your profile picture is stunning!
There are some good and bad parts about the book. I'll just say this...if you ever want to eat meat again (and it's a personal choice), do not read the meat chapter, seriously. Just skip right over it. I couldn't eat meat for about 6 weeks, and it took months before I could walk through the meat section of my grocery store without getting nauseous.
Ooooh, looking forward to your review of that book! I've heard good and bad things about it!
